We are trying to make call parking work on thirdlane mte w/ asterisk 1.6.0.6. Are there any tips/scripts or anything to make it work with the above thirdlane asterisk combination?

it wont work with that version.. the native parking in that version is a single parking lot across the entire server. The 3rd party valetparking only works with 1.4. You will need to roll the dice with asterisk 1.6.2.8 or revert to 1.4 and incorporate valetparking.
