Call Park Single Tenant

Hello,

I am having problems with the call park feature. The call is parked by transferring to extension 700, but the person placing the call in the park zone does not know which extension the call is parked on because it is not playing back 701, 702, etc.. In the description of the feature it states that the park extension will be played back to the person who is parking the call, this is not happening and it is impossible to track where you have a parked call. Has anybody run into this or have any suggestions?
