Call History

I think this has come up before, but I can't find it. A customer is asking to see call history in MTE. I'm able to bring up the call history and see the first page of data. But, when I select Page 2 there is no data. For this particular customer there should be multiple pages.

I also noticed that if I log in as an extension I have a drop down on call history that let's me specify inbound, outbound, or all calls. If I log in as a tenant admin I don't seem to have that option.

I noticed that if I check "Display todays' data on page load" it seems to let me select other pages. I'm running MTE version 6.0.1.74.

I seem to have worked around the problem of it not letting me get to page 2 by telling it to display today's data on load.

Still can't select inbound, outbound, etc if I'm logged in as a tenant admin. Have to be a user to make that work.

The reason you don't see the inbound/outbound option unless logged in as an extension user is because the direction is relative to the user's extension, and there is no extension for an admin. That is how it is implemented now, does not mean we could not try to classify calls for the tenant admin - it won't be simple though.
