I am installing a ST system asterisk V1.6 in a 911 dispatch center. The Center has CENTREX lines that require a 4 digit account code to be dialed on all long distance calls. All dispatchers use the same code. Is there a way to enter this into the outbound routes so that it automatically enters the account code on all long distance calls?
The account code is required by the county not by my third lane box.

it depends on how they enter
it depends on how they enter the code, does it prompt them to enter the code? or is it part of their dialstring?
