I can't get the append to web password working for the MTE. I selected based on extensions and entered 7 characters to the 'append to web password' field. Thirdlane is still setting the password to the extension only and not appending it. Am I doing something wrong?

Appending prefix to web passwords is only done when extensions are created in bulk generator - it does not apply when creating individual extensions. Are you using bulk generator?
