I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or has any ideas...
I've received 3 voicemail emails where the body of the email says it was for 0:10 but the duration of the file is 0:00. There is a recording, but there is no duration to it. I've downloaded the file directly from the server as well and its the same way, so I don't think its related to the email.
Is this just a hang up?
