Time based call routing

Forgive the elementary question - I feel a little foolish for asking something that Im sure should be possible. I wish to try and take advantage of periods of low cost routing available from one of my fixed (PSTN) providers. At other times either the IAX or SIP voip routings are cheapest.
I would like to be able to construct outbound, time based routings so that, say, from midnight on friday night through to midnight on sunday night I use DAHDI/1 and at other times I use IAX/VOIPX etc.

I dont see any way of doing this through PBX manager - is it possible?

Any guidance would be gratefully received.
