Calls are not being recorded when pressing "*9". The call is displayed under Recorded Calls, but there is no recording. The option to Record by pressing "*9" is selected on the extension. Calls are recorded fine when Record All Calls is selected. We're on version patched for memcached. Any assistance would be appreciated.
