anyone using iSymphony 3.1 with Thirdlane MTE?
Any advise how to achieve showing the recorded calls both in iSymphony and in the Thirdlane portal? Or at least for tenants who use iSymphony show it in iSymphony and for tenants who don't use it show it in Thirdlane portal.
The problem is the name mask of the file. ISymphony don't work with the Thirdlane mask with dash symbol in the sub sections in the file name. For example 2015-07-11.
I could update the userexten base and dialout scripts but that would affect all tenants.
Is there any other solution?
