Hi

Im attemting ot integrate software app opening customer info in CRM when recognized caller is calling in.Unfortunately i am seeing from AMI trunk name trunk@voipbox.ee instead incoming caller id in e.164 format. I guess that can be tweaked with some sip or trunk settings.

Any reccomendations ? Thanks!
