Inbound Routing Issue

Hello,

We have a customer who needs inbound routes in excess of 10 steps. If you set up an IB route with 10 steps or less, it works fine. If you add an 11th step, that step is ignored by the system even though it shows in the GUI; however the 11th step shows up in the 3rd slot, although it is still numbered 11. (See attached screenshot for detail.) We noticed this issue today (Friday) as the 11th step was to take affect at 0830 today. When calling the number with the route in question, logging shows the call makes it to step 10 (never gets to 11) and sits idle for approx. 10 seconds followed by a busy.)

It is a limitation based on the assumption that no one will ever need more than 10 steps :).

We could take care of this limitation in the next release. I am still surprised :)
