I have a client with about 40 agents of which only 10 are in the office at any time. On the old switch we created the ability to transfer a call to one of the agents not in the office using a three digit "extension" That actually just rerouted the call to an outbound trunk and called that agents cell phone. This should be easy to create a feature extension that calls a number. That way the operator can just transfer to the Feature extension instead of looking up the whole number. We dont' want VM or any other features.
