Call Files, loging, Archive, and RNA

I am currently testing out the STE demo version.

I have call files working to the point where they dial the extension and if they answer, the playback is played.

I also have the archive: yes in the file so they get moved to outgoing_done

When the call is made,
- if I answer, status: complete.| CDR Updated
- If I dont answer, status: expired | CDR Not Updated
- If extension wasnt registered, status: expired. | CDR Not Updated

Question 1 - Why does both RNA and Chanunavail report back expired? Is there a way to distinguish between the two scenarios?

Question 2 - Is there a way to log, either to back to the archived message, or to the CDR that a call was not answered or that the channel was unavailable?
