Is there a way to get BLF to work on a Polycom 331?
I've got it to work with all other models that we use (450/560/650), but the 331 will not show the BLF on LINE 2.
If I add a contact directly into the phone and enable the Buddy Watch feature, I can see the status if a call comes in on that particular line (SOLID RED LIGHT), but that does not allow me to pickup the call when I press on LINE 2...(It will dial that ext. instead) I can only monitor the status this way.
Just curious if there is a workaround for it for a 331?
