Live Monitor

Live Monitor allows you to monitor Call Center performance in real time. It shows the status of the Queues, Agents and calls in progress. It also allows Call Center managers to listen to conversations and provide guidance to Agents.

There are 2 ways to access Live Monitor - from the Configuration Manager menu or using Queues screen, where you can select Queues and click "Monitor Selected".
