I am hoping that someone else has seen this error that I get when trying to send a fax. The error is
"Far end cannot receive at the size of image". I did a Google search on it but all I have is one post that says the error message is the result of the initial negotiation step. Can anyone shed any insight on this?
Thanks

is this a T.30 fax over directly connected PSTN or is it a SIP fax? If so what is the codec on the trunk?

This is a SIP fax. The codec is ulaw (the customer is in Canada so I believe that the codec is correct).

Sat, 07/31/2010 - 16:05 | I was able to figure this

I was able to figure this out. The resolution of the fax tiff document must of been out of bounds (I'm not sure what those bounds are though). I lowered the resolution and all is well.
