I was not able to reproduce this - tried updating .72 to .78 as well as .77 to .78 - in both cases upgrade worked ok.

Please give me a call.

my pbx manager now shows the following

make sure you go back on the failed installs and manually re-install the webmin module via the webmin interface for adding modules.

I have yet to see a problem, 3 servers upgraded with no problems.

we think it might be specific to a few versions of webmin

We have had no problems also

if you dont mind, whenever posting success or failure, please indicate the webmin version, and the pbx manager starting and finishing versions :-)

webmin 1.430
pbxmanager start 6.0.1.77
pbxmanager end 6.0.1.78

met with failure..

same situation using 1.500 webmin seemed to work fine.

Where can I get the .78 module to manually install it

I upgraded webmin to 1.5 and it works fine.

I'm logged in but when I click on the download link listed here...it asks for a login/password. Could anyone share what the login/password is?

its the same link you used to download it the first time. just click the big blue download button on the right and selsect the correct version to download.

Thanks Eric...I did try my forum login/password but the ftp site keeps rejecting. Thanks for the clarification on the big blue button...was afraid that was only for new install.

FYI, when upgrading to 6.0.1.78 STE using the Webmin module, I see that /usr/local/sbin/faxreport.sh does not exist. I had to copy that file from /usr/libexec/webmin/asterisk/configs/local-sbin.

yea thats in the instruction list of how to install digium's fax for asterisk, just like having to install the modules and in some cases install ghostscript.
