Thirdlane Dialer and MTE

Posted by eeman on Fri, 01/04/2008

does anyone know if MTE specifies which tenants can use Thirdlane Dialer and how many connections per tenant?

I am worried that if company C buys 10 connections and Company D buys 5 but decides to install it on 6 more workstations that they would screw company C out of their entitled connections. Or worse yet, company F discovers they can use it for free without buying any at all.

We've gotten it to work some. We can make calls with it using it's little dialer window and it works ok in conjunction with the User Portal Google reverse lookup. All Outlook functionality though does not work. The COM Add-in is installed and showing in Outlook Options. However, running Outlook (2003) returns an error as follows when the add-in is enabled:

Run-time error '459':

Object or class does not support the set of events.

But, except for that, it's working.... ;-)
