its a hard mesh because skype doesnt use telephone numbers... it makes more sense in an STE environment where you can create channels for all your buddies and map feature codes to those users and direct each channel to a different inbound extension. This is something that really doesnt scale to thousands of users.

I thought it worked something like this. Add the skype trunk to your PBX and then use it to call different countries over the skype network.
