Hello
If im using one line of the Linksys SPA 962 and a second call is incoming, by default it starts ringing on the second line of the device. Is it possible to configure my account in Thirdlane so it wont call on the second line. Instead send the second call to VoiceMail or send the Busy tone.

you could try busylevel=1 to see if that has a different effect (if your version of asterisk supports it).
you may have to disable call waiting on your device to have the effect you want.
