When creating a queue, I noticed that the values for "Rounding of announced hold time" drop down menu is not valid according to the queues.conf example. Queues.conf sample configuration file for asterisk 1.6.2 says that the valid values are 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30. The drop down menu has values from 0-29. Is it that in previous asterisk versions 0-29 was valid?

yes, I believe in 1.0

most people have given up on anouncing hold times because its so inaccurate. Unless you consistently maintain at least 2 callers in the queue at all times its hard to guage the average wait time. So you could enter a queue and it guess 30 seconds and 10min later you are still holding, or the opposite, be told 10min and the phone is ringing about as fast as alison got finished announcing the hold time.

just make sure when you select from the pulldown you select a value divisible by 5 and email alex letting him know to change the pulldown numbers, it should be a painless fix.
