We have a customer complaining that the parking announcement is too slow. They transfer to the park zone and it comes back and announces the specific zone they transferred into. Is there any way to adjust how fast the announcement is?

no, did you listen to it to confirm its too slow? or is it just the customer unhappy with the speed? In other words is it working as intended or is there a real problem?

No real problem in my mind, sounds like the same speed as every other system. But im not handling 6 incoming calls and trying to park them for people.

is this the STE installation you've been working on?
iSymphony has its own parking .. in that scenario the operator can park them and the users can double click the parked call to unpark and answer the call on their screens.
