We cannot get the Conference Manager and Queue Agent login screen to work. After searching the forums and external links, it seems like the Adobe Flash Policy Manager either isn't working correctly or browsers aren't able to connect/authenticate correctly.

A 'ps -ef' reveals that the flashpolicyd is running and the Linux firewall is accepting requests on port 843. I have compared the flashpolicy.xml file and it looks good according to TL Forum and external posts. One post suggested that the port that flashpolicyd runs on needs to be changed to port 841, but I don't know how to change the port, because it's not listed in the /etc/services file.

Can anyone guide me step-by-step how to make the Conference Manager and Queue Agent login screens work?
