Try to edit a user to put in CallerID, and get this error
when saving:

Error saving user : Failed to open /opt/isymphony/server/config/extensions.xml for writing : Bad file descriptor

Don't see where to turn iSymphony off.

Any ideas?

I did the following:

Tenant Management -> Click on the tenant ->
Extension creation options -> Create Operator Panel configuration ->
Changed from "Use PBX Default" to "None"

Saved, and reloaded. Error is gone.

I'm glad the error message is gone, but what did I
do? Have I turned off something I shouldn't have?

Fri, 04/09/2010 - 15:34 | what version of isymphony..

what version of isymphony.. you dont really want to use that setting because its writing bad configs and hasnt really worked well. Its completely incompatible with the newest versions. i9technologies has indicated that a better method is to make a tcp socket connection to the isymphony server and do adds/updates there.
