I have a Queue which is set to record all calls in .wav format and do not combine the files.
everything works fine, but the calls from queue. They are not displayed in "recorded calls", but i can see files in /var/spool/asterisk/. There are two files for each call each voice direction is recorded separatly, for example
queue-Service-2008-10-28-17:38:15-99558386115-in.wav
and
queue-Service-2008-10-28-17:38:15-99558386115-out.wav.
I want to see this recording in my GUI in recorded calls just normal. Now when I press recorded calls > Queue i see the blank page. Also i cant see it in recorded calls > All.
I read older posts here and replaced sox with soxmix in /usr/bin/ but it didn't helped.
