Hello
A couple of our users are using a extension without any devices registerd. Instead they are using follow me to a cellphone. Works great and the customer are happy.
Now what they installed the Thirdlane dialer and tries to use the click to dial function. Since they dont have a device registered on the extension nothing happends. My question are: is it possible to setup the extension so it will call the cellphone when the user are using the Thirdlane dialer?
I understand that this is not how it was supposed to be used, but it would be nice it we managed to get it working.

How are these users known to the server? Just as the numbers in follow me?

no it invites the channel before dropping into dialplan. in order to do what you want the entire portal has to be re-written to define the orignation action on click-to-call. There would have to be a stored setting for the user to choose their local device or remote extension. Then if its a remote extension they put in the callback number for that extension. Then the origination method would use chan_local to originate the call Channel: Local/1234567890@from-inside-yourtenant. If it were set to local device then it would use SIP/123-yourtenant as normal.
