We have been using Linksys for our customers but now we have a couple of new ones that already have SNOM 320 phones.

It works smooth doing all the config of the phone from the system but I fail on the BLF buttons. When i set BLF in Thirdlane and create the .cfg file for the phone the BLF buttons are Extensions on the phone, that results into that when a user that are on BLF gets a call i can see the user are busy and so on but I cant pick up the call by pushing the BLF / Extension button on the phone.

We are using ** for call pickup in our system and **Extension number works perfectly to dail on my linksys to pick up calls. If I dial **Extension number from the SNOM i get a message that says the number does not exist.

Have missed something when I did the config of the phone?
