garbled audio is often a sign that someone ignored advice and installed asterisk inside a virtual environment or cloud.

There are many other tenants on the server and most have 0 problems, other very few and have been pinned to lack of bandwidth on the customers end. This one has DSL, 6 phones, low call volume, PING 40ms to the server. The DSL is dedicated only to the phone traffic.

Server is CentOS 5 up to date, no virtualization.

The only unique thing here is it is a radio station and there are amplifiers and radio towers around, other than the garble no other audio quality issues.
