Allow multiple files for queue periodic-announce

Asterisk 1.6 allows you to specify multiple files to play insequence for periodic-announcement on queues. It would be great for Thirdlane to support this capability. We have a brand new customer who loves the system, but not the fact that I have to go edit queues.conf behind the scenes to support this feature.

we will consider it for the queue overhaul planned in thirdlane.

thirdlane currently does not support queues with 1.6 except by adding a sip channel directly to the queue for 24x7 membership. Agents are not supported in 1.6.

you dont have to edit queues.conf manually, theres a little square box for other options that you can define things there that do not conform to the check boxes. Currently monitor-type and a few other default features (music instead of musiconhold, non-existent ring strategies) have 1.2ism's remaining.

I added scripts for dynamically logging in, out and pausing of queues, so we have that part covered. Adding the periodic announcement in the additional options box would be fine *if* the gui didn't intercept on re-display and try to use the values on the drop down instead of displaying in the additional options box.
