Use Caller ID of the Caller when using the Dial # option in an IVR

I'm trying to host IVR's for some of our customers but I have noticed that the Dial # option does not proxy the caller ID of the caller. At this point I have to create extensions and then forward them to the number the customer would like to IVR options pointed to. I'm hoping that somebody might have a good solution for this or that it can be added to the Dial # option directly.
