Hey gang, I need to prefix the CID Name of the call when sending it to a certain Hunt List. This can be done easily when sending to a hunt list from an inbound route, but I'm sending to a hunt list from an IVR, which as far as I can see, doesn't give you the options like CIDName prefix. Has anyone found a safe way of doing this without modding too much or creating a custom hunt list script as a one-off that has the prefix string hard coded into it?

Thanks Eugene! This worked perfectly. I was able to add a caller id name prefix when creating a feature code just like an inbound route, the pointed IVR option to that feature code.
You can create a custom script (simple script with two args) and assign it to feature code, and then from an IVR, you will use that feature code.
